Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GreyPhish, a real-time phishing domain detection platform operated by Sima Technologies LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our service at greyphish.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

GreyPhish is a SaaS web application that monitors Certificate Transparency logs and ICANN zone files to detect phishing domains targeting brands. The platform uses dnstwist permutation matching to identify lookalike and typosquatting domains in real time. Pro subscribers receive access to the full platform features and API access.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription and Payment

• GreyPhish Pro is offered at $19 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each billing cycle unless cancelled.
• All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate phishing, fraud, or cybercrime
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service or API without written consent
• Exceed reasonable API rate limits or engage in activity that degrades service for others
• Provide false or misleading account information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, algorithms, and data produced by GreyPhish remain the property of Sima Technologies LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of GreyPhish is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that GreyPhish will detect all phishing domains or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. GreyPhish is a detection and monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as the sole measure of brand protection or cybersecurity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sima Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
