Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for GreyPhish Pro subscriptions operated by Sima Technologies LLC.

Subscription Details

GreyPhish Pro is a monthly subscription service priced at $19 per month. Subscriptions are billed automatically each month through Stripe.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@greyphish.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • You may resubscribe at any time.

Refunds

  • We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or any renewal charge.
  • Refund requests after the 7-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@greyphish.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at admin@greyphish.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

Service Interruptions

If the GreyPhish platform experiences significant downtime or service degradation that materially affects your use, you may be eligible for a prorated credit. Contact us to discuss your situation.
